Gay San Luis Obispo
San Luis Obispo, also known affectionately as SLO, is a great stop-over if you're traveling across California. Located directly between Los Angeles and San Fransisco, it is one of the more lively places to stop in central California, probably because it is home to Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, as well as a huge student population. Here you’ll discover a unique mix of food, wine, recreation, art and culture all set amidst warm, friendly and laidback surroundings.
Be sure to stop by the venerable Hearst Castle, about 40 miles outside of SLO, if you love funky history and beautiful architecture.
San Luis Obispo is a great place to stay if you are interested in wine. With dozens and dozens of vineyards and wineries in and surrounding SLO, this is the best location to stay in if youre planning on wine tasting in central California.
