Eat & Drink

Providing breathtaking panoramic views of the Emerald City from its 16th-floor location, Charlotte Restaurant & Lounge features Contemporary Pacific Northwest cuisine in an innovative yet approachable style. Inspired by the abundance of unique seasonal and sustainably grown ingredients from local foragers and farms, the dining menu is ever-changing to reflect the products in season. To complement the restaurant’s unique approach to food, the lounge features an innovative cocktail list using local and Mediterranean ingredients that incorporate Asian influence. 

Ideal for intimate gatherings, cocktail receptions, and corporate meals, their private dining rooms are adjacent to the main dining room. A soothing and ethereal space on the hotel’s third floor, Le SPA de l’hôtel LOTTE offers a variety of wellness, beauty, and spa services featuring world-renowned spa brands including Bellefontaine. They have four single treatment rooms, one couple’s treatment room, a steam room & sauna, and a luxurious waiting area, all draped in white, with light oak and marble finishes to evoke a sense of calm and relaxation.

Grand Ballroom - The nation’s oldest Beaux-style architectural building was carefully restored to become The Sanctuary, a venue for once-in-a-lifetime celebrations and events. The renovated building preserves traditional pieces of the church such as the pipe organ, beautiful stained-glass windows, and the original dome ceiling structure.

Ideal for large-scale international conferences or weddings, The Sanctuary Grand Ballroom can accommodate up to 725 guests for receptions and 320 guests for banquets. The classic and modern atmosphere, along with the separate VIP room, lighting, and audio system as well as LCD projectors, is perfect for state visits or VIP events.
