Gay Key Largo

Key Largo is the first Key with its northernmost location of the gay friendly chain.  Key Largo is about an hour’s drive from South Florida’s two major airports, but it definately feels a world away. Key Largo has two state parks, a national park, a national marine sanctuary, and boasts some of the most fascinating botanical scenery in the state.  If you are a scuba diver, this is a must dive destination.  The beautiful tropical waters and spectacular under the sea world make Key Largo a top diving destination.

Key Largo’s proximity to the Everglades makes it a prominant destination for kayakers, birders and other eco-tourists. All that beauty, not to mention the island’s rich history, has inspired a vibrant community of artists who display their work at several local galleries.
