That vacation to Cuba you’ve dreamed up may soon become a reality.
In a continuing trend, the White House has further eased its restrictions on travel to Cuba, allowing individuals to travel to Cuba for “people to people” educational trips and lifting limits on the use of American dollars in transactions with Cuba.
This in advance of President Obama’s planned trip to Havana next week.
This is one of the most significant regulatory changes announced by the Treasury and the Department of Commerce have made since Obama and President Raúl Castro of Cuba announced a path toward normalization in December 2014
